Just recently selected Bradd and Hall to replace my RV furniture. I looked at a few different options, but ultimately decided that Bradd and Hall quality and design were superior, without adding a lot of weight that comes from using residential furniture. The showroom is well laid out, lighting is good, and they offer many, many options for upholstery fabric and furniture stains. Jaison was very knowledgeable, could easily answer all of my questions, and was patient as I measured, studied, measured again, left with samples, came back, measured some more, adjusted my order. This business is tops in customer service. I have ordered my furniture. I'll update this review when the furniture is installed (also by them).

We replaced our full motorhome furniture set including captains chairs, theater seating, and dinette. I wish all RV repairs or upgrades went as smoothly as this. We communicated back-and-forth by email with Jaison who was very responsive and fantastic at helping us select the right sizes and colors. I was able to drive in to Elkhart the night before, hook up to their facility 30 amp, and they started my install immediately the next morning. I was out of there by noon with a perfect install. Our installer Jesse was great in troubleshooting a couple of issues and obviously knew what he was doing. The quality and service were amazing, so don’t let the sticker shock sway you too much.

OMG what a great experience. Quality furniture, professionally installed and wonderful customer assistance in selecting RV furniture. We got new captain chairs and theater seating and could not be more pleased. Stephanie and Bradd (there is no Hall) were just great. Highly recommend.

The folks at Brad and Hall were Excellent. They showed us various pieces and worked with us to match our RV's customization. The whole experience was a good one. I'd highly recommend them! They provide the parts and I did the install back home in Missouri. I am working with them for a custom table to suit the installation for our RV... See photos of how nicely it turned out!!!!

We used Bradd and Hall for a complete furniture replacement in our 2017 Thor Hurricane. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable throughout the buying process. Stephanie guided us through numerous decisions and obstacles in replacing all of the furniture. The estimates on completion were right on target. Our experience with the entire project exceeded all of our expectations. This company provides high quality products, excellent customer service and expert guidance throughout the process. After researching several companies for replacement captains chairs for our 2015 Jayco Greyhawk FK, I stumbled on Brad and Halls website. I called them on the phone and was extremely pleased with their customer service and knowledge of the product. They sent samples to us as well as a quote. I decided since we are in San Diego, that if we are going to spend a bit for the seats, that we should probably sit in them before ordering blindly. I flew out to Indiana in May of 2025 and had the pleasure of meeting Brad the owner. He gave me a tour of their facility and answered all my questions, and I left placing the order with him and feeling good about doing business with them. He told me that since they build the seats themselves it would be a six week delivery time to San Diego, and they showed up almost six weeks to the day at our door.

Purchased new Captain chairs for my 2020 Winnebago Adventurer from Bradd & Hall. Worked with Jaison through the purchase from start to finish and was very pleased with his professionalism and caring to ensure that we have a good experience. The chairs arrived ahead of schedule and are awesome. I would highly recommend their business, thus the 5-star rating.

We just received the theater seat and couch we ordered from Bradd and Hall. As promised, it was easy to set up. We love the furniture. Jaison, the salesman, provided great service throughout the process. We would absolutely consider doing business with Bradd and Hall again.

She met a need we had for new captain chairs which were so amazingly comfortable, we turned around and also bought a theater seating couch and a dining credenza, all of which were installed in time for a six month road trip. We can’t wait! It made a world of difference in our motorhome!
