Payment Information

Many of our smaller products and Parts can be ordered safely and securely on our website. All of our products can be ordered directly over the phone by calling us on our toll free line at 1-800-445-1830 where we will be glad to answer any questions you have and help you place your order. You can also request a furniture quote including install fee or shipping cost thru our website and we will contact you with the details.  We believe that buying sight unseen (a large % of our sales) must allow you to be in complete control. That's why we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as checks and money orders. We typically take a 1/2 down deposit to get your order started and will collect the balance when furniture is ready to ship or once it is installed in you RV if installed at Bradd and Hall.

Shipping Information

Bradd and Hall knows from experience that products that ship UPS or Freightlines require special handling and packaging. Many of our products break down for shipping and entry into RV. We use heavy duty packaging and all furniture that ships freightlines is banded to a skid. Retail shipping quotes include a lift gate fee. This saves you time and money as well as assures that your order will arrive in good condition. If you are snowbirds or full-timers, we will notify you when furniture is complete and ready to ship and we can hold your furniture then ship to a location where you will be staying for several days.

Villa delivers our orders on their trucks directly to us. And we pick up from most of our Amish suppliers. We then inspect, wrap, securely package each item depending on how it will ship. Or we warehouse it for you until you are ready for us to install in your RV or ship at a later date.
