Flexsteel Warranty

Flexsteel Frame Limited Lifetime Warranty
This Lifetime warranty is given to the original purchaser only, for as long as they own the product. To the original purchaser, Flexsteel warrants the frame against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use. This warranty does not apply to failure that results from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, exposure or unreasonable use.

Flexsteel Spring, Cushions, Fabric/Leather, and Metal Mechanical Parts
This Two Year warranty is given to the original purchaser only and applies to spring, cushion materials, upholstery fabrics, leather and any metal mechanical parts. These items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from date of original purchase.

In the Event of Defect to a Flexsteel Product purchased from Bradd & Hall
Please contact us to work out arrangements for repair or replacement. Bradd & Hall reserves the right to determine whether product will be repaired or replaced. All repairs or replacements covered under warranty will be completed free of charge within a reasonable period of time. Attempt will first be made to have unit repaired by a local upholsterer. If that cannot be accomplished we will arrange to have product shipped to our location repaired / replaced and returned to you free of charge. We can also arrange to have your product repaired at the factory if in the area. Please call first to set up appointment.

In the Event of Defect to a Flexsteel Product that came installed in your RV or Boat please contact your dealer or the RV or Boat Manufacturer. In the event you still need help in this area feel free to call us for assistance.

Villa Limited Warranty

Villa International products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not apply to a failure resulting from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, improper cleaning, exposure or unreasonable use. Villa will not be responsible for loss of time or use of vehicle or any other consequential expenses.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Subject to the warranty limitations stated above and available only to the original purchaser, Villa warrants the frame against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use.

Two-Year Limited Warranty

Subject to the warranty limitations stated above and available only to the original purchaser, this two-year limited warranty applies to the springs, cushion materials, upholstery fabrics, leather, and any metal mechanical parts. These items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of two years.

Please contact us at 1-800-445-1830 for instructions and procedures.. Bradd & Hall reserves the right to determine whether product will be repaired or replaced. In the Event of Defect to a Villa Product that came installed in your RV or Boat
Please contact Villas warranty department at (714) 535-7272 for instructions and procedures. Evidence of ownership such as a sales invoice or other document of purchase will be required. All repairs covered under warranty will be made free of charge and will be completed within a reasonable time after Villa has received the defective merchandise at its factory in Cerritos, California. If the merchandise is to be returned, the Villa warranty department will issue a return authorization number that should be referenced with your package.

The original purchaser will be responsible for the packing and the transportation charges to and from the Villa factory. 

Palliser Limited Warranty

Lafer Limited Warranty

The original purchaser of this product is warranted for 3 years from date of delivery, provided that the product is used under proper conditions, for it’s metal frame, foam, and spring construction. The moving parts of the mechanism are also guaranteed for 3 years. The warranty does not cover damages to the footrest due to overloading such as it’s use for seating. The leather warranty, where applicable: under normal and proper use, is valid for 3 years against tearing and splitting. Natural Marks such scars or others indicate the natural origin of the material and shall not be considered defects, as well as wrinkles, grain and color variations of the animal skin. This warranty will be void if the leather is submitted to improper cleaning with chemical products and abusive use or negligence, such as exposure to direct sunlight or sources of heat.
