When you are ready to order you have two options. Select products can be ordered directly through our secure website with a credit card. All of our products can be ordered directly over the phone by calling us on our toll free line at 1-800-445-1830 where we will be glad to answer any questions you have and help you place your order. We believe that buying sight unseen (65% of our sales) must allow you to be in complete control. That's why we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as checks and money orders.

Shipping Information

Bradd & Hall knows from experience that products that ship UPS, FED-X, or Freightlines require special handling and packaging. We chose Palliser and Lafer not only because of the price/value relationship but also because their products are developed to ship via FED-X. The packaging for these products allows us to request drop shipping directly to you. This saves you time and money as well as assures that your order will arrive in good condition. If you are full-timers, we can have the chairs shipped to us and then notify you and ship to a location where you will be staying for several days.

On the other hand, Flexsteel and Villa deliver our orders on their trucks directly to us. We can then inspect, wrap, secure and package each item depending on how it will ship.
